1. When booking the home you will receive complimentary Full Concierge Services. With high service standards – ensuring you piece of mind while on vacation and pampering treatment during your stay!
2. Home provides up to 6 people with FREE use to our Private Club (Must be the same 6 people for duration of stay) – Pools, Fitness center, Sports courts and Spa. Must register with Concierge company prior to arrival to access Private Club.
3. Home provides full use of our Upgraded Golf Cart (Must be 18 or older to operate).
4. You have access to the `One & Only’ Hotel’s Restaurants-Bars and Spa (reservations encouraged). Hotel Pool is NOT available and is for registered Hotel Guests Only.
5. Community is still being developed (like all of Cabo San Lucas Upscale/Luxury communities) as you walk around or drive the Golf Cart you will see some construction. Not from the home, you have unobstructed beautiful views out to Palmilla’s Ocean. Depending on what they are doing, some noise may be heard.
6. Please NO Towels or Clothes on Patio’s/Terraces furniture or railings.
7. No Smoking, No Parties, No Events are allowed in home. This is a fantastic vacation home for you and your Guests staying in a 3 Bedroom Penthouse in the heart of Palmilla.

But for those of you looking at this condo please book it knowing it's the best experience you can ever have. We travel a lot and to the best places if we can help it . Places like St. regis, Fairmount and Ritz and this place ranks right up there with here hotels, but safer and more private at this time when we have a pandemic and privacy is important. The location is amazing , the condo is amazing add the concierge service and a super hospitable amazing host and you have the recipe for a out of this world trip. Thats the trip we just enjoyed and we hope you select and book this condo and enjoy an exceptional experience. They have cooks, they book your return covid test any need you may have will be fulfilled just ask prior to your arrival or even when you re there. Even hotels can't deliver this kind of service and amenities these days. Happy booking you will love this place and definitely will not be disappointed in the location, decor or many amenities.

The beach is perfect for small children and easy to access with your car or the golf cart provided. The area is conveniently located to shops and dining. The concierge service is very helpful and a nice bonus to the house. We very much enjoyed the high quality kitchen. It was stocked with high end tools and everything you might need. We’ve found a new favorite spot in Cabo!

Nothing is left to chance on design or attention to detail...from well placed artwork to designer level lighting and top class cookware and utensils. Marco and Ana are a superb concierge team that we're always available just when we needed them. Access to a golf cart and of course rooftop hot tub, just added that little extra. John has been an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. There is nothing we would change and highly recommend John and Maritza's home for anyone wanting the perfect Cabo vacation. Your stay also comes with clubhouse with full restaurant, gym, tennis courts and pool. We're definitely coming back!!

Daniel2020-12-14Beautiful home. We were very comfortable and had a great time. Made great use of the golf cart. Hot tub had a lot of issues and was unfortunately not hot so we never used it. Downstairs neighbors dog barked constantly for 4 days but other than that, it was fabulous!
