The entire home is yours to vacation in… Today’s Dream Vacation home isn’t just a property, but a lifestyle to be enjoyed. This Home is designed to embrace carefree vacation-style living.

Other things to note

Home Owner and Rancho Mirage Policies:
– This is a non-smoking home.
– No loud parties after 10PM. – No amplified music in the backyard. Quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. We follow Rancho Mirage “Good Neighbor” policies.
– Pets are welcome (One time $199 fee Payable at check-in for pet).
– Swimming Pool Heater is a $30 per day charge (Payable at check-in). Jacuzzi is included with home reservation.
– Please park in Garage and/or Driveway. Up to four (4) vehicles are allowed at the property. No parking is allowed on the street from 10PM to 8AM. There is room for two cars in garage and two cars on driveway at home.
– Minimum age is 30 years to reserve home.
– Permit #19091 (Rancho Mirage).

  Dear Travelers,
I am super busy and never never write reviews for anything. But for those of you looking at this condo please book it knowing it's the best experience you can ever have. We travel a lot and to the best places if we can help it . Places like St. regis, Fairmount and  Ritz and this place ranks right up there with here hotels, but safer and more private at this time when we have a pandemic and privacy  is important. The location is amazing , the condo is  amazing add the concierge service and a super hospitable amazing host and you have the recipe for a out of this world trip. Thats the trip we just enjoyed and we hope you select and book this  condo and enjoy an  exceptional experience. They have cooks, they book your return covid test any need you may have will be fulfilled just ask prior to your arrival or even when you re there. Even hotels can't deliver this  kind of service and amenities these days.   John and Maritza are excellent hosts with a beautiful home. The townhome is in a great location very close to the clubhouse and pool. The beach is perfect for small children and easy to access with your car or the golf cart provided. The area is conveniently located to shops and dining. The concierge service is very helpful and a nice bonus to the house. We very much enjoyed the high quality kitchen. It was stocked with high end tools and everything you might need.   So refreshing to come to a beautiful home and everything works the way it should. Nothing is left to chance on design or attention to detail...from well placed artwork to designer level lighting and top class cookware and utensils. Marco and Ana are a superb concierge team that we're always available just when we needed them. Access to a golf cart and of course rooftop hot tub, just added that little extra. John has been an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. There is nothing we would change and highly recommend John and Maritza's home for anyone wanting the perfect Cabo vacation. Your stay also comes with clubhouse with full restaurant, gym, tennis courts and pool. We're definitely coming back!!

  Our stay at the Palmilla Penthouse was wonderful! The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Having Marco as our concierge helped make everything easy and very accommodating.

  Beautiful home. We were very comfortable and had a great time. Made great use of the golf cart. Hot tub had a lot of issues and was unfortunately not hot so we never used it. Downstairs neighbors dog barked constantly for 4 days but other than that, it was fabulous!
